Educate. Empower.

Government advisor. Venture studio. Education pipeline. Building Sierra Leone's sovereign digital infrastructure — from national blockchain systems to venture-backed startups.
Building Africa's digital future through education, innovation, and opportunity.
Digital Skills Training
Free, instructor-led programmes in digital literacy, software engineering, design, AI, and blockchain. Our four-stage learning framework — Foundations, Core Tech, Emerging Tech, Deploy & Earn — runs ad-hoc open sessions where learners choose what to attend.
Venture Studio
No accelerator. No VC fund. No pipeline from idea to investable startup. We built one. Our hybrid venture studio scouts problems, incubates founders, and spins out companies — with $30-50K in staged capital, shared infrastructure, and hands-on co-building.
Sovereign Digital Infrastructure
Technical implementation partner for Sierra Leone’s sovereign blockchain infrastructure. Working with MoCTI and the SIGN Foundation on national digital identity, digital payments, and asset tokenisation. The only private sector member of the National Digital Development Council.
Digital Public Goods
Building open-source infrastructure for transparent governance. Our DPG Accelerator helps Sierra Leonean startups meet the 9 Digital Public Goods Standard criteria. We also build civic tech: SAMS for government asset management, and a blockchain-based IP registry.
Innovation Hub & Community
Sierra Leone’s 2025 Innovation Hub of the Year. A 216m² facility in Freetown with co-working, classrooms, and studio space — the physical anchor for hackathons, bounty programmes, and the Sinai mentorship initiative.
Building the infrastructure Sierra Leone needs.
75% of Sierra Leone's population is under 35 — one of the youngest in the world. 70% of youth are underemployed. There's no digital job platform. No accelerator. No VC fund. Companies hire through WhatsApp flyers. International payment services like PayPal don't operate here.
Christex Foundation was built to change that — systematically. Founded in 2022, we combine education, venture building, civic technology, and policy advisory into an integrated system where each programme strengthens the others.
We hold the only private sector seat on Sierra Leone's National Digital Development Council, chaired by the President. We're the technical implementation partner for the country's sovereign blockchain infrastructure. And we've trained 4,500+ people, distributed $42,000+ to young freelancers, and supported 50+ startups.
